We ship three (3) times a week (except for Sundays and Canadian holidays). The approximate shipping time is 12 business days but on occasion it can take up to four (4) weeks. ♦ International destinations - Please understand that we are shipping from Canada and your item must clear your country's customs checks, therefore arrival times may vary.
♦♦ Please note that all import fees (customs duty, taxes, brokerage or handling fees) that may be applied to purchases as they enter international countries are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient of the merchandise. We are not responsible for these charges. UK RESIDENTS are subject to possible fees, (20% VAT + £8 handling), payable by recipient, on purchases of £15+ from non-EU countries.
All items are shipped via Canada Post regular mail. If you want your purchase to arrive faster, please contact me. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred from alternative shipping. I will send a revised invoice for the new shipping charges.
