When I made these tree of life earrings I was happy with them, I thought that they were pretty, but something was missing.  So I left them for a bit and decided that they needed a little bit of colour.  I made some jump rings and added tiny bright green seed beads.  That little of bit of colour is the finishing touch that was needed.  These earrings are the perfect accessory to wear with light, breezy dresses in the summer.   You can see more photos where I have listed them here . I snapped a photo of our Easter Island Heads that we've named Stan and Ollie, after Laurel and Hardy  an old Hollywood team that were known for wearing bowler hats and doing slapstick comedy. The tall one is Ollie and the shorter is Stan and the recent snowfall provided them with bowler style hats (well sort of.....)

I made these beaded wire teardrop stud earrings awhile ago and finally got around to taking a photo.  I tend to make earrings that have open hoops and decided to make studs for a change.  These earrings are made with copper wire and Czech seed beads that have a sheen and in warm muted shades of copper, gold, green and red - lovely earthy colours, with a drop swirl accent.  I'll be taking more photos and posting them to my website at https://thewingthing.my-online.store/
