Customer Satisfaction

Our goal is customer satisfaction, we want you to come back and shop with us again.  We know that it is difficult to tell exactly what an item is like when you cannot touch it before ordering.  And,  every computer monitor is different – colours will display differently.  We try hard to make all of our  photographs capture the colour and details of everything we sell.  And, we describe all of our items through our photography and through words to the best of our ability.

Payment Method

PayPal is the preferred method of payment since it is fast, easy to use and offers secure online ordering.  All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal  and you do not require a PayPal account in order to make a purchase – you can pay directly with registering.

Prices are in Canadian dollars (here’s a handy converter for you) and are subject to change without notice.  We also reserve the right to change store policies and terms without notice.

Shipping

Your order will be sent to the address listed on your PayPal account so ensure that your shipping address is correct!  Anything returned to me or lost due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship three (3) times a week (except for Sundays and Canadian holidays).   The approximate shipping time within Canada is 2-5 business days.  Delivery to destinations outside of Canada is usually 5-20 business days depending on customs and the weather.  So be sure to place your order early to allow plenty of time for shipping.  **Please be understand that packages can be delayed by Customs (both the country of departure and the country of arrival).  Be aware that your government may impose import fees, taxes or duties at the time of delivery .  These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.   We are not responsible for these charges and have no way of calculating what they would be.  For this type of information you will need to contact your local customs agency or check out this online service – International Fees calculator (copy & paste) www.dutycalculator.com

All items are shipped via Canada Post regular.  If you want your purchase to arrive faster, please contact me.  You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred from alternative shipping.  I will send a revised invoice for the new shipping charges.

⇒Note:  We will not mark your purchase as a gift or record a lower value for your items/purchase on the customs slip.

Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with all of your details, and return the merchandise in its original, undamaged condition and packaging within seven (7) days after receipt of merchandise.  Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.  Original shipping costs will be not refunded. Refunds will be made only after the item has been returned to me in the same condition that it was received, unless other arrangements have been made.

Exchanges will be considered if initiated by the buyer no later than seven (7) days after receipt of merchandise.  Return shipping will be paid by the buyer and original shipping cost will not be refunded.  I ask that all merchandise being returned to me be shipped in the original packaging with tracking. I also recommend that you include insurance on return packages to cover your expenses should the merchandise become lost or damaged in transit.

♦♦♦  Before returning anything, please contact me for a return authorization.  No action will be taken (refunds or changes) for merchandise sent back with proper return authorization.

⇒Note:  For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewelry items may be returned due to a genuine defect in workmanship within 90 (ninety) days for replacement or refund at our discretion.  However, we will not offer a replacement or refund for items exhibiting damage due to misuse, neglect, mishandling, or accidental damage.  We will repair for a small fee.

CANCELLATIONS

I gladly accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

Damaged Items Policy

I do my best to package items with care. Despite this, an item may arrive damaged or broken.  If this should happen, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the package with a description and a photograph of the damaged item and packaging. Once this information has been received, a refund through Paypal will be issued.

Privacy

Information that you provide to us will not be shared with any other party, at any time, for any reason.  All information will be kept strictly confidential.
