"Pondering Pond" print by Tarmo Peters
Pondering Pond

There are a lot of reasons why someone, anyone, would stare into a pond on a warm summer's day.  The best reason for staring into this one could be that there are a lot of goldfish swimming around.  And they're easy to see from the walkways (note: see below).  Once in a while a painted turtle pops up.

The best end product or outcome of staring into ponds is that, for at least a brief period, the rest of the world goes away and a little peace descends upon you.

Of course there are other ways to interpret and title this picture, one of which might be "Thoughts on a Questionable Bridge Design: What Went Wrong Here?".  Sorry, we live in Canada and we expect to be protected from ourselves.

Anyway...

...however you think about this image, a black and white picture with a color emphasis looks great with today's modern decor.
