Crown Devon Fieldings - Bacchus Cup and Saucer

40's/50's really fun, saucy extra large cup and saucer of Bacchus, the god of wine.  Very good condition, there is crazing to the glaze, no chips or cracks.  Perfect for your morning coffee.  Nice gift idea too!  The back of the cup reads "As god of wine and revelry Bacchus was no person for polite company.  He had no morals a bunch of perpetually tiddly popsies followed him everywhere.  Called Bacchantes and other things, they were not nice girls and had no morals either.  N.B.  But they had a lot of fun."  $26.00 CDN
